  : I seen to roaches crawling so i called the front office to make them aware, i was told to leave and i will only get half of my money back. The sheets where gray and the mattress cover was stained. Worse customer service ever.they were rude

  : Absolutely nothing!
  : First of all, the pillows are awful! They were so flat, it was like sleeping with nothing at all. Secondly, the towels are thin and rough. There was mildew in the shower and on the shower curtain. We requested a non-smoking room and the room had a very stale smell to it. The air conditioning unit was filthy! Finally, whoever stayed in the room next to us was extremely loud. They were up until 7 am talking and yelling. Needless to say, so were we! At one point, my boyfriend went down to the front desk to complain and there was no one working the desk. Apparently the office closes for the night at 10 pm even though Booking.com states it is a 24 hour front desk. When we checked out, we told the employee working the desk about the disturbance from the room next door. She said felt sorry but could do nothing for us as she was not the owner and just worked there. We did not tell her about the other issues at this point because it would be a waste of our time. We were given Yogi Patel's (the owner) email to make a complaint. I sent an email and am not surprised that I have not received a response.
